Hi, I'm Jay Your Tarot Reader

I'm Jay your tarot reader

My name is Jay, and I live  on the beautiful Isle of Wight with my rescue dog Rufus.
Whatever the weather, Rufus and I take a long walk at the start of every day. I find it a good time to meditate on life.
Most of my working life was in education. I also had my own business for 8 years, which was not tarot related. After I 'retired' from education I felt I still had something to give and worked in the local community  supporting adults with mental health problems, adults with learning difficulties, and those with dementia for 7 years. I am a mother, grandmother and a former foster carer, so I have plenty of experience of life's bumps in the road.

Woman's hand dealing rider Waite Tarot cards

I began reading tarot cards in my twenties. An aunt taught me the old fortune telling, "You're going to meet a tall handsome stranger" method, but I soon discovered that isn't how the cards are supposed to be used!

Tarot cards are much better employed to help you to understand about yourself, and what  motivates you

I use tarot to suggest a route to  the future you would like. I suggest the best way to bring out your strengths, and minimise or even utilise your  weaknesses as advantageously as possible.

I  have spent many years  studying all aspects of tarot, and use the cards as a channel to connect to you.

On the home page, I used the road as an analogy. To continue:
You have chosen your bright new future path, but perhaps there has been some unexpected twists and turns, and you are wondering if you are missing something. Tarot can suggest a route  avoiding terrain which, while not impossible for you to cross, it would be better to navigate around. It offers you a chance to maybe consider a different approach, or the cards may confirm that despite it's twists and turns, you are on the right path, but maybe you need to approach things from a different angle.

It could be that the tarot cards suggest looking in a place you had not thought of, or perhaps there may be a personal barrier for you to overcome first.
But, hey! It is your road, I am just the advisor, so feel free to accept or ignore any advice given.
